FINKOMA is a professional and business networking platform connecting Moroccan-American and diaspora talent. You agree to use the Platform lawfully and to provide accurate, truthful information in your profile and communications.
3. User Content & Profiles
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You grant FINKOMA a non-exclusive license to display your profile and submitted information within the Platform. Prohibited content includes misleading claims, unlawful material, or content that infringes the rights of others.
4. Networking & Connections
The Platform facilitates introductions between professionals, entrepreneurs, and employers. FINKOMA does not guarantee business outcomes, employment, partnerships, or the conduct of other users. You interact with other members at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, and Platform content owned by FINKOMA is protected by intellectual property laws. Member-submitted content remains the property of the submitting member.
6. Limitation of Liability
FINKOMA and its partners provide the Platform "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FINKOMA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
